i am have 2 systems. One is connected to Domain. Another one is free. Domain computer own internet nouns via Proxy server. How to share this internet nouns to another computer

You can NOT use like ip address for both machines. If you fit a second card to the domain machine, after set up internet nouns sharing on it's domain card, you can afterwards share the nouns on the other contrivance.
arrange an extra NIC for domain system and connect it the other system next to duplicate ip and non-attendance gateway.
