I DO hold an router and it Dose Have UPnP enabled. I've tried Disableing My McAFee.

Tools - Options - "Library" tab: click on configure sharing. On the subsequent dialog box select share my medium. (This works on Windows XP and later). This als open the firewall port for medium sharing on your computer. Now since most make friends music players support uPnP, the device should see your medium player library.
