the fastest I own ever gotten downloads at is 45-55kbs and I own cable, but in a minute the memory on my PC is smaller number and it have slowed down a ton presently i go and get 10-25kbs

i own roadrunner cable thru time warner cable at 7mp which is 7000k
you never really experience this speed though as it depends on traffic contained by your neighborhood, traffic on that server you're surfing to, etc
of late similar to you never seize 40mb/sec using USB2 you really go and get resembling 4x speed
granted, 50k is pretty slow, but it depends on your ISP
there is a possibility that your see card can not knob the full 383kbps
