I am currently on a computer at my University library asking this ask. On my knees top however, when I ask question, it any delay for hours or never get put into the forum or clause I asked it surrounded by. Why is this up when I am on my knees top but not on another computer? Please back me fix this problem. Thanks.

Okay, sounds resembling you hold a bug, run spybot or similar and a browser aide cleaner, i use spybot search out and verbs and browser PA retaliator both are free and available at majorgeeks.com
i hope that this help. you might also consider running a right anti virus program, in that are plentiful to choose from AVG is well brought-up if your don't already enjoy one.
