What is the best/most polite agency to report someone they are incorrect almost something. (computer issue)

Some nation will of late not adopt it. One, they consistency Computer Illiterate,(dumb, but such is not the shield, they can learn), and two, it depends on whose unfolding them. A creature might listen to the neighbor subsequent door, or some stranger, back listen to you,(NOT YOU per se, but you within general). Frustrating sometimes. I can charge $45, to $75 per hour, for computer work to a stranger,(I don't, I'm to soft!), but paw out the information free, and race don't listen! Whatever! Ask, and I'll transmit you, the best I can. Don't listen? Sup to you,(just the path I perceive!) So don't filch it to heart, my man, especially if you're dealing near relatives! For instance, my niece who have a Microsoft Master User's License. I start again computers on the side, every sunshine after work. She watches me do it. I install operating systems, and 'tweek' the internals,(overclock). I not long 'woke up', and enjoy be using Linux Ubuntu, and hold shown her the massive enhancement,(no spyware/virus/trojans, OpenOffice doesn't crash losing documents painstakingly save over time, uses opening smaller amount processor speed, bump. Beryl attach on make WIndows Vista Aero look similar to WIN 3.1, doesn't slow down over time from 'bloating', etc.,but it's no use! LOL!
