Say I rename the first file 'Art.' The subsequent folder is renamed 'Art (1),' later 'Art (2),' and so on. The problem is that very soon it won't be surrounded by sequential instruct if in that are more than ten files highlighted since the charge will be Art (1), Art (10), Art (11)...Art (2), Art (20), etc.
Does anyone know how to label it so that the system starts the mass rename sequence near 001 instead of 1? I own like mad of files and renaming in bunches of 9 will be a affliction. Thanks!

Answers: I get a simple renaming program call "Rename it" which will allow you to select the number of digits. For example, if I set the number of digits to 3, I will find something approaching:
filename001
filename002
filename003
filename004
filename005
filename006
filename007
filename008
filename009
filename010
filename011
filename012
etc...
