Using printscreen on a computer?Help!?

I am taking an online course for Diet and Nutrition Therapy- I am doing a project and the tutor requirements me to use the "printscreen" opportunity to free and submit it. Is here a opening to print the together page? or is it simply going to allow me to print "what is on the screen"? also, I tried to do it and I paste it into microsoft word, but you can't really read it because of the size- Is within a method to get it bigger? thanks

1. Press the "Print Screen" switch on your keyboard
