My computer is running especially slow..?

i enjoy a far bit of memory still on my drives, but the computer is only just running severely extraordinarily slow. is here a means of access to find out what my hit is taking up?? and how can i do a big cleanup of files and things that i dont use anymore. is near a download where on earth it can rummage through automatically for files and folders and anything i dont use, or if they are individual partly a program, that i enjoy simply delete partly of.??
