To modify your defaulting baby grand:

Click Start and afterwards Control Panel
In Control Panel, if you are contained by Category View, click on Switch to Classic View (top moved out corner)
Open Regional and Language Options.
Click on the Languages tab.
Under Text services and input language, click on the Details button.
Under Installed services, click Add.
In the Add Input Language dialog box, choose the input dialogue and baby grand layout or Input Method Editor (IME) you want to attach.
Click OK twice. You should immediately see a writing indicator in the System Tray (located at bottom right appendage corner of the desktop by default). You can switch between different input language (= grand piano languages) by pressing the Alt + Shift key
