Why does the following Error message pop up a gazillion times when I try to embark on some programs.?

The error message read: "The procedure entry point [] (that's supposed to be a square) could not be located in the dynamic cooperation library msvcrt.dll"

It pops up whenever I try to unseal Microsoft Picture Manager, or the Character Map..lots of different programs..When the error message pops up, and I click "OK", it keep popping up similar to I don`t know 20 times previously it go away. I can't use the programs after it pops up :( Does anyone know what's going on.and how I can fix it?
Thanks.

Answers: The wallet MSVCRT.DLL is desperate. You can download a brand new copy from the network. Just do a turn out for MSVCRT.DLL and you'll find a couple of sites that you can download from free.
Try this site, it describes the error you hold.
