when my computer boots up the cursor freezes as soon as a switch is pressed.The mouse have no effect and i own to switch past its sell-by date at the on/off switch.The the ivories and mouse are wireless.I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the the ivories to no avail.
Device supervisor tell me that the registry entry is corrupt or incomplete,CODE 19.also SYSTEM RESTORE is'nt working.
How can i find the offending REGISTRY entry to possibly delete it and hopefully solve the problem or have anyone any philosophy how to sort it out?

i wouldn't reccomend touch registry if you don't know what are you doing, results can be unpredictable.
