Everyone have their favourites, but I own tried nearly adjectives of the free anti-spywares and hold come fund to superantispyware every time!!
I also use AD-Aware SE Personal and Spybot Search and Destroy...and I don't hold any problems!!
for spyware i find the best solution is to use adaware and spybot furrow and verbs , it is undamaging to use more than one anti spyware on one workstation but you must individual use one firewall and one anti virus, if you use more than one of these programs you will find your workstation have problems
