I want to produce my report on our ethnic group computer password protected. How? Thanks.

Go to the control panel, unscrew "User Accounts" Click on an description, and it will consent to you include a password.
If it is not your computer, you might expect some comments from other users.
If you want a more out of harm`s way channel, use the password for your BIOS, that is to say a bit more support, yes you can screw that one too, but if you're not computer savy, you might be safe and sound.
Go to:
Start > Run
after type in
control
consequently press enter
after click on
User Accounts
next click on your account
after choose "create a password"
what if you forget the password after you cant even use the
computer,i forgot my password once,never used onother one since.

3rd Go to USER ACCOUNTS
4th Go to the little god that say USER ACCOUNTS
5th Click on YOUR ACCOUNT
6th Click on CRREATE PASSWORD.

If you're speaking of a login pwd, they can, in some OS's, hit abolish and bypass this. This is by no process the one and only channel. Try Cont. Panel>Security? for an instant password blind. Comes on as soon as you hit the power. Although if it's not yours you best start out it alone. Your parents would be more apt to pry if you did this!
