I choice to completely remove Norton AV, however the above is stuck contained by the folder and can't be delete.
I aversion norton, it rather literally stains your PC next to more problems than those it solves!

I own have equal issue removing Norton, It cratered a tool and I couldn't find it out. I finally found that they hold a tool. Have you tried it?

Just pick which Norton and try it, you can't acquire any more messed up than you are in a minute. Once that have run you should know how to reboot and annihilate the rest of the stuff they depart. Don't know why they walk out stuff if you remove them but they do!. Wonderful isn't it!
Try AVG Free Edition, I too despise Norton it really bog things down, AVG seem to work a bit lighter! Good luck
wont delete because its in use , ctrl , alt , delete run to procceses find it and extension process
nortons have a remove tool on nearby site. almost impossiable to remove it other sagacious. you may own to reinstall it first, if you delete any bit of it.
Check the site for manual/and or removal instructions...Without knowing which altered copy you have or your OS I could not confer an exact page.

You could also jump into sheltered mode and try to delete...Reboot..When computer is starting and beforehand the window blind touch F8...Select secure mode...Try delete...To exit past the worst mode reboot
go to mc afee or truste services and select free scan
it will scan ur computer and remove poisonous software
