am an ex support guy at MS and we use to receive mail on this 3 address by guys close to you! who approaching to shoot rotten an email to an address. and our errand be sifting through this + spam and forward those mail to appropriate division among MS support & delete spam! and we be 300+ general public doing this at 24x7 in 3 shifts! bcoz MS promises to respond in 8 working hrs!
