next select "restricted sites" --> "sites"
U can include unwanted sites within here, afterwards internet explorer will block it.

Microsoft have somewhat of a filter content next to both XP and superior near Vista. However, I enjoy fond that Blue Coat K9 is an excellent free filter program.

Also if you own a linksys router near firewall you can join the websites to the blocked record at hand. It's lower than the firewall tab and afterwards filter.
