Using MsConfig I saw that a service be loading on my PC. It's call Acronis Scheduler2.
After some research, it seem to be precise a program that creates a duplicate copy of my tricky drive and stores it on the net.
I didn't try or buy that service. I don't know how it get near or WHO IS duping my drive.
This looks similar to a principal threat. How should I proceed.?

Acronis is an excellent tool for doing backup of your facts or indeed making a complete carving of your thorny drive. Somehow you enjoy the application installed on your PC - if so why not use it? If you do not want it goto Control Panel > Add/remove and attain rid of it.
If you are still concerned in the order of crooked Internet access why not install a firewall such as Zone Alarm - available for free download.

Acronis Scheduler consists of two parts: service and aide.
Service is executed on starting Windows and works till shutdown. Service keep the programmed tasks surrounded by registry
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\A... and executes them.
Helper is executed as a separate process for any logon, works till logoff and notify Scheduler service around logon and logoff events. Without PA it is impossible to run interactive tasks, tasks minus user and password information (such as the Create Image operation in Acronis True Image) and to agenda any tasks on logon/logoff/shutdown events.
The service is started via
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi... in Windows 9x/Me and via Service Control Manager in Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 (see Administrative Tools - Services).
The supporter is started via
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi... Information for troubleshooting can be obtain by mechanism of Windows System Information, script and logs (in defence of Acronis True Image). Also, Acronis Scheduler Manager can be adjectives, as it allows to direct planned tasks via CMD queue.

Download and run full scan beside lavasoft adaware/spyware remover and remove everything it finds. Make sure you set it up correctly, use the support page on the site if you obligation any back.

i use acronis (not on a stand alone workstation tho) but its great for duplicating raid drives onto a single drive
as far as it automatically working, im sure theres a passageway to disable that.. read the above answer near the registry entry and such that seem justly bright answer
