Are you sure your password wasn't recognised? When you enter a safe and sound part of the pack of the DAZ website it asks you for your password, it is slightly annoying a but biddable financial guarantee procedure. Also, the passwords are case-sensitive, so if you have caps-lock on, it would not own be recognised.
