Removing start up programmes?

Im using Windows XP pro and i installed this software call "Startup optimizer" so that i can remove some startup programmes to speed up my computer. I checked the document and im not sure of what these programmes/files are:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.e...
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.e...

are these key files or virus?

Answers: You can remove them adjectives using MsConfig in the Run in Start.
Just progress to Start > Run > "msconfig"

Click the startup tab and disable adjectives.

EDIT:
These are adjectives after-factory programs planned here.

Those programs are contained by indistinguishable demand below:
Intel Graphics Tray
Intel Hotkey Command
Intel Common User Interface

None of which are bad for you, or important.
All are virus except C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.e...
Better you run antivirus next to hottest virus definition, if ur AV detects them as virus, next delete else maintain them. As far as my comprehension, it say me that igfxtray.exe is one impressive report.

Looks similar to they are related to your Intel graphics program.
Try Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel. Or click start, run, type msconfig, next uncheck programs you don't want to start. The computer will ask to restart.
