I hold disabled the popup blocker from adjectives the other areas of my computer. When I use Firefox I don't hold a problem.
Answers:
You can temporarily disable it by holding the control switch down when you click on the connect you are trying to budge to. Popups will be temporarily allowed.
To for always turn rotten the blocker surrounded by IE7, travel to Tools->Options->Privacy tab and uncheck the box.
If this doesn't solve your problem, please post more details in the region of your configuration and how to duplicate the problem.
