I have need of to speed up my computer and i dont want to mess anything up so please try to explain in a detailed path. I hold emachines window xp i enjoy avg virus control and poster ware i enjoy never defragmented my computer or did registry check item because i didnt know what it be. My computer works "ok" but it is slower than since please backing me of such things as which virus scanner i should bring or spyware or how to do defrag etc..
