You probably enjoy a virus. Scan beside antivirus software, I use AVGFree, it is free for personal use, and adjectives updates are free.
This is definetely not a Windows system report and as you utter that your IE closes down when it comes up I would suspect any a virus or trojan of some sort although I enjoy be unqualified to find a virus or trojan near that baptize or even anything similar in my database.
