Try another scanner. I mull over it is freshly a big contained by spybot though. AVG antispyware is better anyway
Spybot isnt great... use Ad-Aware, its much better. But keep hold of spybot because it have that immunize article.
spybot it self is jacked full of adware. Get a exotic antivirus/spyware.

Webroot Spysweeper is the best salaried anti spyware program ,it is the complete box although not free.

If you run the scanner again does it come up next to one and the same things? I'm wondering if something, the above, Virtual Bouncer, be delete by Spybot.You might want to step to their pattern site & look up Virtual Bouncer, or investigate it.
