i get this laptop that i want to become an adminstrator , it runs window XP. how do i delet the other accounts or become one?

restart.. hit F8 and keep hold of hitting till you see secure mode.. Usually it may toot... if it beep too much stop pressing
choose safe and sound mode.
Go into Administrator (usually Unlocked) turn to Control Panel, User Management, Change your report from Basic to Admininstrator. Restart (DO NOT DELETE THE SAFE MODE ADMININSTRATOR! MICROSOFT AND WINDOWS NEED IT)
