I installed it but in a minute I enjoy a better one and it won't consent to me uninstall it. Besides respectively time I turn my PC on it have a CA collateral off-putting describing me to buy it and it's anoying, it even automatically enter their net page

Get rid of error message similar to Eerror delete profile or folder, cannot delete folder: it's person used by another personality or program
Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs.
