I know you don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't even try because to be exact against the proper use policy at your university. They own sites blocked for a defence and trying to bypass their guarantee is call hack and will capture you disallowed from using any of their computers and probably even suspended or expelled. They can see and track everything you do so you will acquire caught. Not person competent to use the computers at adjectives would suck mode worse than basically using them to estimation allowed sites - wouldn't it?
