Right click on "My Computer"
click "manage"
look beneath "event viewer"
lower than "Security" look for "nouns audits"
(this assumes you are using window and auditing is enabled)
if you own vista, u can set up parental controls that donate u report on usage of your computer, waht programs be usued and what games be played.
