I hold a prob synchronizing the time on my XP.When i want to update from time.window.com or time.nist.gov a message apears: an error ocured when trying to update or something similar to that. any solutions? sorry 4 my english

Incoming UDP port 123 must be clear on firewall and any router devices you hold.

You may interested to look into the event eyewitness (Start --> Run and type eventvwr.msc) and after select the category which will bear you to the exact problem.
Also you can follow the intermingle, which will whip you to the MS Support site. Make also sure that you hold elected correct region (i.e. timezone from Control Panel).
