I own these unsuspected files on my desktop: MSNMSGR, LCAPI0, TRANSPORT0. I can't remove them as it say "It's be used by another program. What should I do? I've scan beside kapesrky is in attendance a download that forcefully removes programs?

Try a online antivirus scanner and a online anti-adware/malware/spyware scanner in locked mode near see to verbs up your computer BEFORE you download anything. This because the program you download can procure infected.
Disable "System Restore" for Windows Me and XP, next restart your PC to verbs your system restore points for virus, spyware, adware etc.

write down the files you want to remove, boot up computer in sheltered mode, press F8 past window eyeshade appears, and remove files from within. Safe mode does not allow any other programs to start or access files so they won't be contained by use. Make sure they are ok to seize rid of though, google the exact filename and see if any info on them.
Have someone who know computers inside out to help out you. A lot of programs share files and if you aren't sure which ones those files are consequently you could be delete something you have need of. If you do that the programs you want may not work anymore.
U can use some software similar to Ccleaner,tuneup.to delete these files...
