You will want to be sure that you know how to configure it on anything devices you plan to use wirelessly as ably, but i.e. usually pretty straightforward.

Ok, WEP is encryption, WAP is a protocol. WAP stands for Wireless Access Point.
To encrypte the wireless web, in that should be a setting in the settings of your router to see encryption, usually you'll hold several option, WEP, WPA, WPA-SPK, etc.
Once you've enabled it, it'll ask you to create a push button, once that knob is created, a computer later wants to enjoy that switch within command to connect to your WAP.
What he said. Of course, anything you resolve to use, adjectives the devices on your wireless net must support it. Some elder interfaces do not support WPA, and single support WEP.
