I suspect that it is some loving of a virus or spyware?im using cc cleaner, execleaner,system mechanic to clean my notebook.but it cannot remove the directory.when o dance directly to the cookie folder and try to delete it,an error will appear (cannot delete index:it is used by another entity or program)

No, it isn't a frigging virus, it's the index for the file. You CAN'T remove it - it stays as portion of the directory. It be intended to be at hand.
