How can i stop pop-ups,pop up blocker set to big and checked installed antivirus programs also.I hold Adware,Free AVG and Windows supporter running at the moment,do i have need of three programs or are they doing more spoil than honest.

First, Get rid of Ad-Aware and Windows Defender.
Then step to

I've get the google toolbar which includes the pop-up blocker. Once set it does stop the pop-ups. I find it awfully honourable.

Update since running.
When finished running those, turn bad System Restore to remove any infected restore points, next turn it wager on on to create a spanking new verbs point (Right-click My Computer, click Properties, click System Restore tab, click Turn Off System Restore on All Drives, when done, turn it backbone on)
