My sister give me a compute from her profession that not a soul be using and when I turn it on it tender me a green blind asking me for my password and I don't hold one...what can i do?

ask her company's IT department. I am sure they will be lone too pleased to hear from you. A green login peak is not a standard Windows blind, the contraption is probably set up for special purposes. I hope the background on it is not too critical, this might shorten the put in prison sentence.
