my computer keep freezing up, not adjectives the agency to shut down any. it a short time ago freezes up so I own to manually turn it bad, and some times it's thorny to achieve going again. I don't judge it's a virus, I'm running McAffee and Xoft spySE and I use them both each day. any philosophy?

turn on the computer and start rhythm the f8 push button until it brings up the window boot menu and choose sheltered mode. once within undisruptive mode try restarting.
