On a web I use on a day after day argument, in attendance apparently is a packet sniffer set up to monitor the different connections. How would I net it so that my packet don't acquire sniffed. As a side file, my computer runs on Mac OSX. Help would be verily appreciated.

You won't know how to attain around the packet sniffer. However what you can do is encrypt the traffic so that the content can't be analysed. You can use https or ssh for that.
A packet sniffer only watches the packet going by, You enjoy no control on this, as it is see on the see, not on the device.
The merely defense you enjoy is to encrypt the packet.
