i go to a website and it said i couldn't stir on because my computer is sending out spam...how can i see if this is true?

the merely route to know to be exact if you or your ISP is contained by a RBL (black roll server)
if some website said your sending out spam it should grant you an RBL it found it on, stir to that website and lookup your external IP address and the IP address (or hostname) of your ISPs messages server.
