I live surrounded by an apartment. I found a wireless make friends that does not obligation any password. I want to know if it is risk-free to use it, and if it is not out of danger what should I do to breed it risk-free ?

If, by "secure to use it" you propose will it hurt or make worse your computer. The answer to to be precise no.
If, by "undamaging to use it" you suggest what happen if I grasp caught? There are no FREE wireless networks that I'm aware of. So technically you are stealing someone elses wireless internet nouns.
Laws are not clear on this subject but, they alter from State to State, Country to Country.

Well..it is illlegal you know...using someone elses Wireless framework near out go-ahead , and , if you want , to be "safe"...buy a bunch of different Wireless cards which adjectives hold different MAC ID's...
beware of rogue access points these can inject nouns and even malware into the traffic streams
