SO I be looking in my C: tonight and in that be this wallet call QUARANTINE. How did it win here?? It have over 10,000 BUP files (no more than 4 KB). What's going on?

it will most plausible be a folder from your anti virus scan that own be run contained by olden times.or your spyware tool. they put virus and spyware into quarantine.and create a report for them.

A quarentine report is a directory from your anti virus and anti spyware programs which isolates virus's ,malware,spyware etc... Do not try to delete or uninstall . That report is definately Needed !
It IS a folder where on earth your anti-virus software stores suspected or detected virus that it have discovered during scan.
The .bup extension is one given to a "backup file"

If you right click on the file "Quarantine", consequently click "properties", it should give an account you the entitle of the program that created that report.
Windows is the most imagined culprit here. Those are in that as backup to other folder extensions in recent times within overnight case the wallet wishes to be restored if it become corrupt, etc...
