boot into Safe Mode and run an online virus scanner close to Trend Micro
if the anti virus will not remove it, you can also try to restore your computer through a previous sunshine up to that time you get the virus if you just now get the virus. Also set as 'System Restore.' To do so budge to Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> System Tools>> System Restore. Fallow the instructions and select a previous light of day back you get the virus.
However, I suggest you jump into Safe Mode and consequently run a virus scan first.
