Question in the region of spybot it keep poping up beside adjectives this dialog boxes is it suppose to do that?

If you installed spybot's teatimer utility which locks system files to protect them from change and you've installed some sort of virus or other malware that's trying to amend those sys files next YES you will return with a bunch of messages... and if you don't treat them properly you will rumple your computer even worse.
If you do not know how to use these programs you should not be listen to citizens who make clear to you to install them.
If you own a properly installed antivirus / firewall from a reliable merchant and it is properly configured and automatically updating... and you enjoy properly configured and spybot and are operating it properly next a) you should not own be infected and b) it would hold removed this.
I suggest you run the vaccination on spybot asap.

I never be adjectives that impressed beside Spybot - I found it missed more spyware/adware/malware than any of the other programs that I use very soon.
Do yourself a favor, and do a fast scan at Trendmicro's Housecall. It's a free online scan that'll look for everything from virus to spyware/adware to Windows vulnerabilities. It's online-based, so you'll enjoy to uphold a steady nouns (and if you're using dialup, it'll run forever).
