Trojans and virus or anything have delete registry entries contained by
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi... I am not competent to install fresh antivirus suite as it asks me to uninstall Norton Antivirus which is already in my system. Unable to uninstall Norton as the Change/Remove button is not near surrounded by Control Panel Add/Remove Programs. Any solution? There be trojans which be removed, I believe, just this minute.

Look for the report you want to delete , and delete it.
Then download "CCleaner" from Filehippo.com ---------
