I know someone who wishes to set up a computer contained by a restraunbt down the vestibule from his existing estate bureau, and he requests the computer to hold the following restrictions
1.Not access indisputable websites
2. no access to internet option, etc.
3After 10 minutes of unemployed time, it returns to the homepage
4. No access to command prompt, run, etc.
Can anyone relieve me?

Please don't cart offense, but if you're asking these question here, you probably shouldn't be doing this charge for him. Putting a computer out in the unambiguous close to that open up a myriad of possibilities, adjectives cynical, from invasion of his make friends (assuming the computer is using his network) to robbery of the computer itself.
He's only asking for trouble.
Click on Tools an d in the drop down box, click internet option. A box will come up several different tab. Click on advanced to set your option.
