I'm not sure,what operating system,she have. I requirement control,over her computer. Is this possible?

lol hacker... Go to her house, you can set up remote desktop so that you can login to her computer from anywhere, she will hold to authorize it. As long as you own justly advanced computer/windows expertise you will be fine.
If she have XP make clear to her to run to remote assistance and distribute you a email.

If Windows XP, use Windows Safemode (press F8) after restart. From nearby you can remove password on current user, unless you did'nt input a password in administrator depiction you can access the system.
