i dont no how it come to my desktop ,it is a exe process beside 0bytes whle im trying to delete it it shows it is used by another process i tried closing adjectives process ,and also tried openfliesview software i dont no what to do.assist me..

download dotnetfx within a folder this time and not on your desktop. Can be a interim folder too. After download run it to install .NET Framework. You stipulation both version, so you can run elder and newer applications developed within .NET FRAMEWORK.
