The easiest process is to gain a program, I recommend Remove on Reboot Shell Extension and you can draw from it here: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/removereboo...
..Do it in not detrimental mode..
If you reboot Windows in Safe Mode, you should be capable of delete the wallet as capably, provided that it's not a principal system record.

The other entity is, if you can determine what application the wallet uses, you can check contained by Task Manager (right-click on the taskbar), below the Processes Tab, and try to finale the process that is to say holding it undo.

Hope this help!!
A simple reboot of the gadget will unlock the wallet.

You can delete it on a reboot. If that doesn't work, boot the domestic device contained by secure mode.

When your computer restarts after touch the F8 push button. You will procure a boot menu at hand, choose secure mode next to network.

Try going into safemode.

Or

If it's a transient internet directory simply close out of your browser and next stir to the provisional internet files folder and delete it...

OR

If it's a running process... stop the process from starting and stop it running

Start > Run > type msconfig > hit enter > startup tab
and
ctrl + alt + del > obligation head > find process, stress, del

combination of adjectives of above...

polite luck.
