Yes but it usually requires a program that will "undelete" those files since the are usually still within. When we delete files the system results the files as gone but the aren't unless you own software the removes the files by overwriting them several times next to other information. Since the files aren't really gone when you use delete in window, etc the "undelete" software looks for the information on the complex drive and consequently allows you to restore the wallet if it have not be overwritten or corrupted since the system say it no longer nearby.
