Is here a road to carry a index of IP address' that hold logged into my hotmail vindication? does hotmail hold this info?

I would guess that even if they did store that info, they wouldn't disclose it to anyone because it could be used to spam, infect, etc. if you are have problems resembling someone go contained by and changed stuff, report it to Hotmail and they should switch it themselves.
