Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete later click processes tab and look for the folder nickname surrounded by the index of services if you find it right click it and click "End Process" if its concluded delete the profile .. but for look for a appropriate antivirus ...

my solution is to budge to the DOS prompt (C:\) and remove it's ATTRIButes and later DELete it
