Install Spybot rummage through and verbs instead. Do not install drivecleaner.
If you don't enjoy drivecleaner, DO NOT install it. It is spyware, and will explain to you that you enjoy stuff surrounded by your computer i.e. not in attendance, contained by decree to draw from you to download it. Once you own installed it, it screw up things in your files, and is almost impossible to uninstall.
Ok that message isn't from microsoft, it's probably spyware. Google spybot force out and verbs and install it on yoour computer. Run it to remove all spyware you enjoy. Also google CCleaner, that will verbs up your registry.
To grasp rid of that message that keep popping up, right-click my computer, next click handle, click services and applications, later double-click services. Now look click messenger and click stop service. You probably enjoy an elder copy of xp because this service is disabled by evasion within the newer versions
Windows will never put in the picture you to install anything. So don't believe any pop ups approaching that
