Is Zone Alarm firewall better than XP's built in Windows Firewall?

And if I use Zone Alarm, I should turn OFF the built in Windows one, right?

Zone Alarm is a bi directional firewall (it checks incoming as okay as outgoing connections) whereas window xp checks solely the incoming connections. Trust me (I Have worked in Zone Alarm Tech support) Zone Alarm is better than xp fw.

As far as I know, if Microsoft hasn't changed it in the finishing few years, it is still severely set. Better than zilch, but if it's matching you can draw from a much better firewall.
